Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WatchBrowser and watchbrowser.com, operated by AI Administration Limited ("Company", "we", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WatchBrowser, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use WatchBrowser.

2. Intellectual Property

WatchBrowser, including all code, design, branding, content, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of AI Administration Limited. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from WatchBrowser without express written permission from AI Administration Limited.

3. Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use WatchBrowser on your personal Apple Watch or Samsung Galaxy Watch device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Use WatchBrowser for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Use the app to access, transmit, or store illegal content
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers
• Use automated means to access or scrape our website

5. Free and Pro Tiers

WatchBrowser is available free of charge with advertising. WatchBrowser Pro is available via paid subscription through Apple's App Store or Samsung Galaxy Store. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple/Samsung refund policies. Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Advertisements

Free users agree to see brief advertisements at app launch. Upgrade to WatchBrowser Pro to remove all advertisements permanently.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WatchBrowser is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all websites or content. Web content is provided by third parties and we have no control over it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Administration Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of WatchBrowser. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for WatchBrowser Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WatchBrowser after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
